Delete Your Pettounsi Account

You can request account deletion directly inside the Pettounsi app.

Request deletion inside the app

  1. Open Pettounsi
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Open Account settings
  4. Tap Request account deletion
  5. Confirm your request and optionally add a note

What happens next

The Pettounsi account and associated personal data are deleted or anonymized when the request is processed. Some information may be retained if legally required or needed for safety, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, dispute resolution, or security reasons.

Processing timeDeletion requests are usually processed within 7 days.

Important consequences

Account deletion is permanent and may remove access to:

  • your profile;
  • your posts;
  • your comments;
  • your likes;
  • your messages and conversations;
  • your listings, requests, and reviews;
  • account-related features and saved progress.
