Pettounsi is a social and community app related to pets. The service may include accounts, profiles, posts, comments, likes, private messaging, listings, requests, reviews, reports, and related features.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally allowed to use the service under the laws that apply to you. If the service is not available to you under applicable law, you may not use it.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for your account credentials, the activity that happens under your account, and the accuracy of the information you provide. Impersonation, fraud, deceptive account use, and abusive behavior are not allowed.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Pettounsi to post, share, send, or facilitate content or conduct involving:
- unlawful material or unlawful activity;
- harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats;
- scams, spam, misleading or fraudulent behavior;
- sexual exploitation or harmful or dangerous conduct;
- privacy violations or unauthorized sharing of personal information;
- attempts to interfere with, compromise, scrape, abuse, or automate the platform in an unauthorized way;
- malicious code, harmful files, or security attacks.
5. User-generated content
You remain responsible for the content you submit. By posting or uploading content to Pettounsi, you grant Pettounsi a limited license to host, store, display, process, and moderate that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.
6. Moderation and enforcement
Pettounsi may review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or ban users when needed for policy enforcement, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, security, or community safety.
7. Pet babysitting and community interactions
Any arrangements, communications, listings, requests, reviews, or interactions between users are their own responsibility unless Pettounsi explicitly states otherwise. Pettounsi does not guarantee the conduct, identity, safety, legality, or reliability of users or listings.
8. Third-party services and links
The service may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure and app functions such as authentication, hosting, storage, diagnostics, maps, and related tools. Pettounsi is not responsible for third-party services beyond the role they play in supporting the app.
9. Account deletion and termination
Users can request deletion inside the app. When processed, account data may be deleted or anonymized except where retention is required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons. Pettounsi may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate the rules or create safety risks.

10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Pettounsi does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that every issue will be detected or resolved immediately.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Pettounsi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
12. Changes to the service or terms
Pettounsi may update features, policies, or these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates may mean you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
